Description: New Delhi, Jan 10 (ANI): In a major relief to NRI Sagarika Bhattacharya, whose children were taken away from her by child welfare officials in Norway, the Calcutta High Court in an interim order has today allowed the children to stay with her. The court also allowed the children's uncle to visit them for two hours in a week. Earlier, the two children were handed over to their uncle's custody by a Norwegian court. Sagarika had moved the high court, complaining that despite the order of the child welfare committee (CWC) at Burdwan on November 8, 2012 the Asansol police had not taken any step to take her children from the custody of their uncle Arunabhas Bhattacharya and restore them to her.
