Besan flour - 1 cup (Buy :https://goo.gl/2d0Bz5)
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Onion sliced - 1 nos
Chopped Coriander leaves
Ghee - 2 tsp
Chopped Green chilies - 1 no
Salt to taste
1. Take a bowl (Buy : https://goo.gl/6R93jN) and mix cashew, onions, few curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, pinch of baking soda, rice flour and sufficient besan .
2. Generally coat all the ingredients and add ghee to it .
3. Once you are done add water to get the right consistency.
4. Heat oil in a pan(Buy : https://goo.gl/tJY9id) and fry the mixture on a medium flame. Fry till they turn into golden brown.
Delicious cashew pakoda is ready to taste
