Petrol price hike was necessary: Pranab Mukherjee

Description:New Delhi, June 04 (ANI): After attending the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting, Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee today said that he has written a letter to the Chief Ministers of different states to share the petrol price burden as the centre alone cannot absorb the entire price hike. At the same time, Mukherjee added that the international petrol prices have now started coming down.
