Two cops killed by Maoists in Maharashtra

Mumbai, May 27 (IANS) Two policemen were killed by a group of Maoists in Maharastra's Gadchiroli district, a police official said Thursday.

'The incident happened at Jambia Gatta in Gadchiroli district, some 3 km away from the outpost of Etapalli police station where the constables were posted,' the official said.

The two have been identified as Balaji Bhosale and Tushar Bandewar.
