New Delhi, May 26 (IANS) The central government should enact a legislation to take care of surrogacy and related issues, the Supreme Court said Wednesday as the last hurdle was cleared in the travel of surrogate twins to Germany with their natural father Jan Balaz.

The vacation bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justices G.S. Singhvi and C.K. Prasad wished the family 'good luck'.

Justice Singhvi said: 'We can only wish good luck to them.'

The travel was cleared after Solicitor General Gopal Subramaniam informed the court that the ministry of external affairs had already issued the 'exit permit' for the twins, born in 2008 to a Gujarati surrogate mother from Anand.

The twins have been in India since their birth due to immigration problems.

The Author clearly explains the necessity for civil order and maintenance of law in civil establishments to make our country developed. Its true mere development in IT, automobile and other infrastructure will not make a country to be developed, the people and other civil laws should be in safe hands. Moreover the criminal activities and other social threats should be crushed with iron fists. Only when such things happens our country can proudly boast out to be a developed nation by 2050.

Not only the government can handle and accomplish such huge task its also the responsibility of every citizen to take care in their own means.

Training the Politicians on Basics of Humanity and Discipline has become a bitter reality .
It is a long way ahead !!!!!!!!
Real education is also the need of the hour .
Certainly we need to put only the developed Leaders to lead the country to a developed country status.
