ISRO to launch maiden manned lunar mission in 7 years
Description : Chennai, February 09(ANI): The Chairman of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Dr. K Radhakrishnan announced to launch India's first manned lunar mission in seven years. Radhakrishnan said this in course of his thanks giving speech after receiving the Honorary Doctorate from SRM University in Chennai in on Monday in recognition to his contribution to space research studies and execution of allied projects. The country's first unmanned lunar mission, Chandrayaan, was launched in late October, 2008.
