Development and not just guns, a must to counter Maoists: Chauhan

Description : New Delhi, February 08(ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan on Sunday noted that the rural folk have to be rendered all facilities related to development and not merely armed protection or guns to counter Maoist insurgency. Meanwhile, Chhattisgarh chief Raman Singh observed that the Chhattisgarh has been successful in curbing Maoist insurgency in the state to certain extent.
