 Baskaran Fury At Ouster

Vasudevan Baskaran was shown the door as India's national hockey coach. It is not news. But the way he was treated is. The winner of 1980 Moscow Olympics gold medal didn't have an inkling that he was being booted out. Baskaran was invited to New Delhi by Indian Hockey Federation
to pick the probables. But the IHF has clandestinely appointed Joaquim Carvalho as national coach on Baskaran's back. According to sources, Baskaran is peeved at the treatment meted out to him.
