Description:Well for this week we have a very simple and easy to make recipe here with us named BANANA IN COCONUT MILK.
For this we will need ingredients such as banana, thick coconut milk, Cardamom powder, sugar, whole cashew nuts, and butter.
Like the ingredients even the method of preparing it is very easy .
With a little butter in the pan fry the cashews and then take them off in to a bowl. On the same pan add the bananas and slowly add thick coconut milk keeping the flame in low, now add 3 spoons of sugar and keep stirring it until the sugar melts, add a pinch of Cardamom powder for flavor and mix it well.
To the end transfer the food in to a bowl and add the fried cashews.
This dish will be really tasty when it is served chill so bring it to room temperature and cool it in refrigerator and its ready for serve.
